Klim's Got Gap-Snapped APL Style

Krispy Kreme, McDonalds and now GAP… it was only a matter of time before the iconic American chain store arrived in Australia too. APL Photography, as always, was at the forefront of the event to snap up shots of the highly-anticipated launch which was held last night at Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne.

APL Photography was joined by Michael Klim, Jo Stanley and many more Australian icons who were all in attendance as The GAP officially opened its doors to the public to the performance of home-grown talent, The Potbelliz.

The GAP first opened in 1969 in San Francisco, California and now has over 3,100 stores across the United States and in Canada, France, Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom. It has reached heights of popularity due to its effortless casual-style clothing and accessories for men, women and children.

The GAP at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne is the first of what will hopefully be many stores opening up around Australia.
